JOB DESCRIPTION

enthusiastic English Trainer to join our team.
MAIN
TASK:

Design and implement English training programs
tailored to different proficiency levels and job functions (e.g., general
communication, technical English, presentations, email writing).

Conduct in-person or online classes, ensuring
effective delivery and learner engagement.

Track, assess, and update learners' progress
regularly; provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, revision
lessons, and assessments aligned with learners' needs and company demands.

Update and adapt teaching materials and curriculum
regularly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
-
Recommend or develop new learning resources and
integrate modern teaching tools and technology.

Conduct English proficiency assessments and propose
suitable learning pathways.

Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide
training reports and insights to the Training Manager or English Academic
Manager.

Support Communication teams to enhance teaching and
teamwork quality.
-
Participate in company-wide projects or team
initiatives.
-
Assist in developing content that promotes DEI, talent
development, and internal communication efforts.

Organize and support English-related workshops and
extracurricular activities to promote language usage in the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's degree in English Language, English
Teaching, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to
adult learners; prior experience in corporate or manufacturing environments is
an advantage.

International teaching certifications such as TESOL,
TEFL, or CELTA are preferred.

Strong teaching methodology, classroom management, and
communication skills.

Ability to develop curriculum and lead large group
sessions effectively.

Clear pronunciation and fluency in English (CEFR Level
C1 or equivalent).

Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of working both
independently and collaboratively

Willingness to take short business trips as required.
