Job Description
· Assisting the recruitment function: fill in candidate data, arrange interviews, book meeting room, contact candidates, contact interviewers.
· Developing a database of candidates to make sure all vacancies are ready to be filled.
· Supporting in building network with talented candidates through external events: job fairs, company tours, workshops, etc.
· Working on other recruitment projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Senior or fresh graduates majoring in: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
· Can work full time for at least 3 months, Mon-Fri from 9AM-6PM.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, open-minded, highly responsible.
· Passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.
· Good spoken and written communications skills in Vietnamese and English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
