We're looking for a Designer in the early stages of their career for a 6-month internship at HYBRBASE in Ho Chi Minh City.
You'll dedicate 20% of your time to learning and 80% to contributing to web-based and branding projects. The focus will be on brand and web development. This hands-on experience will expose you to best practices in a holistic approach to design, allowing you to make a real impact on our company. Based on your performance, this internship may lead to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Support in brand development and web design stages from concept to final handoff.
Support establishing brand systems and collaterals.
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
Work with development teams to make sure it's smooth.
Manage your task timelines to meet project goals.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
At the initial design career stage
A good portfolio
Robust knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suites
An eye for aesthetic design
Adobe Creative Suite is your second-best friend
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey design decisions and concepts.
Good collaboration skills to work well with cross-functional teams, project managers, and clients
Bonus points for
Experience with creating design systems
