JOB DESCRIPTION
Develops and implements practices to ensure research efficiency by routinely analyzing and evaluating workflow
Coordinates the collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of visual impairment research data from various clinical sites.
Assists in the determination of guidelines for the collection of clinical data and or administration of clinical studies
Ensures compliance of general and study specific regulatory related processes
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with conducting and carrying out protocols and research coordination.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English
Tech-savvy

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work close together with our logistics colleagues in Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Hong Kong
• Responsible to receive and prepare original documents, who are to be released to customers upon internal approval
• Communicate with our clients in Vietnam (backup office)
• Support our commercial colleagues in the Vietnam office In the future this role can evolve to more tasks:
• Coordinate shipping and document instructions to sourcing offices
• Check docs copy, organize amendments with related teams
• Send approved document copies to customers
• Input data in Oracle
REQUIREMENTS
At least with University/ College degree. Experience in Foreign Trade/ Economics / Finance is a plus.
At least 01 year of experience in Logistic/ Supply (spend management system as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle etc.)
Fluency in MS Office & Business English (speaking fluently)
Project management and Change management
Problem solving attitude, solution-oriented approach
Has positive and balanced personality, loyal, honest and flexible
