JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the sales team by organizing and maintaining sales records, generating reports, and managing documentation.
Client Communication: Support communicate with clients through various channels to gather information, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct basic research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
Sales Collateral Development: Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials to enhance the sales process.
Order Processing: Collaborate with internal teams to process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Key stakeholders: Design Department, Merchandise Department
REQUIREMENTS
• A third-year/ final-year student, or recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience in the field of business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of 3-4 months.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about client success and building long-term business relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for a driven, energetic Sales Account Associate to join our dynamic team in Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Client Management & Business Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Present product and service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits relevant to their needs.
Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer retention.
2/ Sales Strategy Development:
Support the Head of Partnerships in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
3/ Project Management:
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
Understand project timelines and ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to support decision-making.
4/ Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Client Experience & Product Realisation to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles.
• Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and highly organized with a commercial mindset.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
