JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative assistance such as ordering office supplies and stationery, managing printing, photocopying, and binding services, arranging meetings, coordinating tea and plant services, organizing car arrangements, and receiving faxes, to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide administrative support for office establishment, relocation, or construction activities.
Assist in contacting vendors to obtain quotations and perform cost comparisons.
Prepare eAPV for respective B&A vendors on a weekly and monthly basis.
Receive guests and visitors, and handle logistics requirements such as hotel bookings, visa applications, air tickets, etc.
Manage the SPOT/TIP program by delivering awards and preparing certificates, among other tasks.
Maintain all HRA documents in an organized system for easy retrieval.
Arrange cars or Grab rides and handle bill collection from customers for OLL.
REQUIREMENTS
English: can communicate in English, confident in reading and writing skills.
Good attitude, friendly, careful, eager to learn.
Ability to work independently, under high-pressure.
Have experience in Admin job or Human Resource Management (HRM) scope.
