JOB DESCRIPTION
Absolute is looking for a results-driven,
energetic, and self-motivated Admin & HR Coordinator to join our
dynamic HR team at our corporate headquarters. You will play an integral role
in defining the employment brand at Absolute!
This is a multi-faceted role and critical in
executing our people initiatives; if you have a keen attention to detail, are
customer focused and have a thirst for learning, then we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will be competent in
prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Administration:
Manage the day-to-day administration of Vietnam office and be the key point of contact for
employees;
Ensure that the office is physically organized and that employees have all supplies necessary to
conduct business;
Track stocks
of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Liaise with the building's management team for any issues or requests;
Handle budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
Create and update records and databases with personnel,
financial and other data;
Administrating Fanpage, internal channels to PR
about working environment;
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail,
letters, packages etc.);
Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
HR Assistance:
Update HR databases;
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
Process employees' requests and provide relevant
information;
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training
seminars;
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming
resumes;
Submit timely reports and prepare
presentations/ proposals as assigned;
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding
packages and explaining company policies;
Organize Company events and internal activities
to enhance employee engagement;
Others tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS

quản lý văn phòng và các nguyên tắc kế toán cơ bản;
Khả năng sáng tạo nội dung. Ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế;
