JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Growth Strategy & Multi-Channel Tracking
Assist in the implementation, management, and optimization of tracking solutions (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters) to capture accurate user journeys, campaign attribution, and conversion events across paid search, social ads, email, and organic channels.
Support the monitoring and analysis of multi-channel marketing performance, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and affiliate channels.
Learn to refine tracking setups and conversion funnels to ensure data integrity, supporting real-time optimization cycles.
2. Data Analytics and Reporting
Support the cleansing, aggregation, and analysis of large datasets using tools like Excel and basic analytics platforms to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities.
Learn and apply basic analytical techniques such as cohort analysis and trend identification to help optimize marketing performance.
Assist in creating reports and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Canva to communicate insights to the team.
Support the building of automated reporting flows and dashboards, connecting tools like Power BI and Looker Studio to streamline data visualization and reporting processes.
3. Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and development teams to align digital marketing efforts with company goals.
Learn how to communicate data insights and contribute to team discussions through clear and concise reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Familiarity with Excel and willingness to learn SQL for data analysis.
Experience with presentation tools (e.g., Power BI, Canva) is a plus.
Familiarity with automated reporting tools like Looker Studio or Power BI is a plus, or willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
1-year working as an official staff after internship commitment.
