JOB DESCRIPTION
Kyanon Digital is a Vietnam-based tech powerhouse delivering world-class digital impact to global clients. With a team of over 500 engineers and consultants, we offer end-to-end digital transformation solutions across diverse industries. We are seeking a proactive intern to join our team and help grow our IT Staffing Services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Identification: Identify potential clients and industries that align with Kyanon Digital's services.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to gather key contact information and insights about prospective clients.
Prospect Engagement: Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads using predefined criteria and hand them over to the Management team.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
What You Will Deliver
A curated list of potential clients with essential contact details.
Documentation of all outreach activities, including email and call logs.
A pipeline of vetted leads aligned with company criteria.
Weekly reports summarizing activities, outcomes, and challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Content Creation: Ability to craft personalized, professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in overcoming objections.
Experience: No prior experience required, though internships in sales or marketing are advantageous.
