JOB DESCRIPTION
1. General Administration & Operations
General Admin: Assist with documentation, data entry, and other admin tasks.
System Management: Assist the Sales team with Sales System updates.
Operations: support for daily showroom excellence, test drive and car delivery coordination.
2. Sales Social Media & Content
Creative Support: Assist the Sales team in developing and preparing engaging content for social media platforms to showcase our latest models and lifestyle events.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Final-year student in Communications or Business.
Attributes:
A "can-do" attitude, highly disciplined person
Knowledge and passion of the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
Enthusiastic about working with people and comfortable in a luxury environment
Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team.
Demonstrates a high level of detail orientation and organizational skills.
Proficiency at social platforms and office applications
Language:
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
