Role of the
position:
-
The first point
of contact for any prospective student at College.
-
Be responsible
for establishing a positive image of the College as well as providing customer
service to all potential students.
Report to department Manager for any issue related to
department.
Responsibilities:
1.
Define market and implement the
sales activities to get a set target of database
2.
Convert from database to qualified
leads and close the deals
3.
Assist in the development and
implementation of sales strategies to achieve organization objectives
4.
Student outreach and support
- Plan and
implement regular program information sessions with prospective students
- Provide
support during information sessions registration, school visits, recruitment
seminars and conduct campus tour
- Handle
students' queries via phone, mail, online channels or face to face consultation
- Conduct
regular follow up with prospective students
5.
Student relationship management:
Maintain good service relationship with existing students and establish new
contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target
6.
Student consultation
- Provide
advise with regards to admission requirements and program benefits to
prospective students
- Assist
newly enrolled students with enrollment process and career options
7.
General ad-hod duties
- Serve as
consultant to internal department with regards to recruitment training for new
program consultants
- Perform
other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager

appointments and consultations

Requirements
Bachelor in relevant major: Business administration or equivalent
experiences in similar aspect
At least 1-year experience in relevant/ similar
position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Positive, enthusiastic, energetic and creative mindset
At least 1 year of previous working experience in a sales role
Occasionally work extended hours (if required to finish job requirements)
Presentation skills
Work in a fast-paced environment and under pressureBasic
computer skills; Microsoft Window/Office software
Trustworthy and reliable
Team player
Be a self-motivated, pro-active individual
Has passion for the education industry and keen to contribute to the overall success of the College
