JOB DESCRIPTION
Creative Styling Development:
- Develop and execute unique and impactful styling concepts for photoshoots, fashion campaigns, and fashion shows.
- Conceptualize and design visual styling that aligns with the brand's identity and campaign objectives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with photographers,
designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and compelling visual representation.
- Communicate styling ideas effectively to all stakeholders involved in creative projects.
Fashion Curation:
- Source and curate a selection of fashion items and accessories to meet styling needs.
- Stay ahead of fashion trends to incorporate the latest styles into your work.
Wardrobe Management:
- Oversee wardrobe fittings and ensure that all outfits are styled to perfection.
- Manage the styling budget and inventory efficiently.
Visual Merchandising:
- Provide creative direction for in-store displays and visual merchandising efforts.
- Support and enhance the overall shopping experience through effective visual presentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a stylist within the fashion industry.
Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in fashion trend analysis and understanding of fashion history.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
