JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Production
Write scripts for TikTok videos, Reels, and advertising formats.
Craft compelling captions, headlines, and hooks to capture audience attention.
Participate in basic filming or coordinate with the production team to execute content.
Collaborate closely with designers and editors to finalize high-quality outputs.
Content Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as views, reach, engagement, CTR, and conversion rates.
Recommend improvements based on data insights to enhance content effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing on concepts, hooks, and formats to optimize performance.
Campaign and Livestream Support
Develop ideas and scripts for livestreams, including content flow and key selling points.
Create content for campaigns such as product launches, promotional events, and major sale days.
Work closely with Ads and Affiliate teams to maximize content impact.
Content Ideation and Planning
Develop content ideas for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, including short-form videos, livestream concepts, posts, and stories.
Build and manage weekly and monthly content plans to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and established guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
Basic English communication is required
2-3 years in Content Creation, Social Media, or TikTok Content
Experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care is a plus
Strong writing and content creation skills
Good understanding of audience insights and platform behavior
Strong storytelling ability and quick trend adaptation
Performance-driven mindset
Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
Able to shoot videos using a smartphone
Familiar with TikTok and Meta platforms

Client Management
Serve as the main communication point for clients
Receive and clarify briefs
Manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships
Provide regular updates and reports (weekly/monthly)
Handle feedback and resolve issues
Internal Coordination
Work with Content team to translate briefs into content direction
Monitor production of TikTok videos, Reels, posts, and livestream scripts
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and deadlines
Coordinate with Livestream team on planning, including schedule, hosts, and campaign setup
Ensure readiness (product, visuals, promotions, inventory)
Project Management
Build and manage project timelines for campaigns
Track deliverables and ensure on-time execution
Monitor scope and progress
Performance Tracking
Track key metrics such as GMV, conversion, views, and engagement
Identify issues and work with teams to optimize results
Client Support & Development
Support campaign proposals and planning
Suggest improvements in content and livestream performance
Identify upsell opportunities when applicable
External Coordination (if needed)
Work with KOLs, creators, and vendors
Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Basic English communication is required.
1-2 years in Account Executive, Project Executive, or Client Service roles
Experience in agency, eCommerce, TikTok Shop, or livestream/social media is a plus
Strong communication and client management skills
Good organization and multitasking ability
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Basic data understanding
Proactive and able to work under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and grow the brand's business performance across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki, etc.).
Take responsibility for driving commercial performance, including monitoring revenue, GMV, ROI, conversion rate, and proposing initiatives for growth.
Develop and execute sales plans, promotional strategies, and budget allocation for each campaign.
Maintain and expand client relationships; act as the main contact point between the brand and internal teams (Media, Design, Operation).
Prepare periodic business performance reports, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
Monitor market trends, update competitor activities, and propose strategies to enhance commercial performance.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-year experience in E-commerce (Account Management, Brand Operation, or Marketing). Candidates with experience at Agencies/Enablers are preferred).
Know how to run Ads and manage Ads-budget in Ecom Platform is an advantage.
Strong experience in data analysis, budget management, reporting, and commercial mindset with strong numerical sensitivity.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and e-commerce platform management tools.
Good English communication skills; strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
