Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and cultural fit analysis.
Provide candidates with guidance on career opportunities, market trends, and professional development.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Requirements
Open to fresh graduates.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales-related roles is a plus.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring strategies (advantageous).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about talent acquisition.

Candidate Sourcing and Support:
Proactively source candidates through multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client-specific requirements, ensuring a quality match.
Assist in coordinating interviews, providing candidate feedback, and supporting the salary negotiation process.
Maintain and update candidate and client data on the CRM platform to ensure accurate and organized records.
