About Saigon Spirits
Saigon Spirits is a premium Vietnamese craft spirits brand based in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Founded in 2018 by two friends who fell for the city's fast, creative energy, we take classic recipes & give them a bold Southeast Asian twist, using locally sourced ingredients traceable from source to bottle. More than a drinks company, we see ourselves as part of Vietnam's creative fabric, all built around one belief: people with great spirits can do great things.
Field of operation
Food & beverage, specifically craft spirits production & distribution, with a strong events & creative-collaboration arm running right alongside it.
Our team
We have a small core team of 3-5 people backed founders and a rolling roster of local freelance creatives photographers, videographers & mixologists.
What we make
An eight-strong range of craft gins, vodkas & liqueurs, each one rooted in Vietnamese flavour. That includes a couple of genuine firsts for the country: Vietnam's first Dragonfruit Pink Gin, born out of a national dragonfruit surplus when the whole city got creative with the harvest, and one of Vietnam's first spiced coffee liqueurs, made from local coffee. Our colour-changing Electric Vodka & our Pandan Liqueur sit right alongside them. Beyond the bottles, we create the nights around them too, from cocktail showcases & music events to launches, pool parties & festival appearances.
Our culture & work environment
We're a fun, loud & party-inspired brand, and we work the way we play: informal, fast-moving & collaborative. Our ethos is simple, be yourself, keep creating & give the best you've got, and we live it internally as much as in front of a customer. We partner with local rappers, DJs, graffiti artists, tattoo crews & mixologists, and we care as much about the energy around our spirits as the liquid inside them. We'd honestly rather celebrate a big personality than tone one down.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We're a Vietnamese craft spirits brand based right here in Ho Chi Minh City, and we're looking for someone with real personality to be our face out in the world. This is the person who gets our bottles seen, talked about, and poured, both online and in the room.
The kind of company we are
Saigon Spirits is a homegrown craft label rooted in Vietnamese culture. We take classic recipes & give them a Southeast Asian twist, using ingredients grown right here and traceable from farm to bottle. But we're more than a drink. We strive to be part of the city's creative fabric, and we've built the whole brand around creativity & community.
That means we don't just make good spirits & hope they sell themselves. We support & sponsor local artists, bartenders, venues, and creatives, not only in Saigon but right across Vietnam. We're a small, fast-moving team that likes to say yes to a good idea, and we care as much about the energy around our bottles as the liquid inside them. If you want somewhere your personality is an asset rather than something to tone down, you'll feel right at home.
The events we do
This is where a lot of the magic happens, and where you'll spend a good chunk of your time. We're out in the world constantly: rooftop parties as the sun goes down, tasting & networking nights, pool parties, DJ events, fashion collaborations, festival sponsorships, and seasonal celebrations through the year. We team up with creatives & venues all over the country to put on & support new and creative events.
You'll be one of the faces of Saigon Spirits at these, someone making connections, and telling the story, & gathering content to keep us active on social media. If that sounds like your idea of a good time rather than hard work, we should talk.
What you'll do
• Run digital outreach that actually lands, reaching venues, bartenders, and the people who matter to the brand
• Own our social media & keep the feed alive, on brand, and full of energy
• Show up at events as the face of the brand, from tastings & activations to launch nights and festival appearances
• Manage our social media accounts
REQUIREMENTS
You'll fit right in if you
• Have real digital outreach & social media marketing experience
• Are fun, bubbly & genuinely love being out at events and meeting people
• Can carry a brand's personality in the room, not just on a screen
• Don't mind the odd weekend when there's a party to be at (we will give you time off during the week when a weekend day is necessary)
BENEFITS
Full time, 7 hours a day, 5 days a week (some events fall on the weekends)
6 - 8 mil plus commission
