JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving Purchase Requests (PR) from the departments
From PR, create PO and submit for approval in sequence. After approval, continue purchasing procedures: seek vendors, quote, place order, receive goods and hand over to requester
Follow closely and regularly update the goods supply process, ensuring vendors fully delivers it to the project
Collecting sufficiently the payment records according to regulations
Update information and status of PO into summary file
Implement the other works requested by Purchasing Team leader
Working Time: 37 - 40 hours/week
Working Location: 102 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Graduated from College / University
Experience: No required
Language: Basic English
Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel
