JOB DESCRIPTION
Guide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to achieve accurate forecasts through collaboration with sales, marketing, and sourcing teams.
Address discrepancies between annual/monthly sales forecasts and demand forecasts, coordinating with sourcing to meet demand.
Update demand forecasts in the Planning System (AddOne), managing daily alerts to prevent service level disruptions.
Monitor and analyze Customer Service Level, Backlogs, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
Continuously enhance manual and system forecast accuracy, optimizing statistical forecasts and system parameters.
Support various projects such as sales/marketing promotions, customer acquisitions, and product launches.
Manage inventory at the Local Distribution Centre (LDC) and Goods In Transit (GIT) within defined responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics and Supply Chains.
2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in demand or source planning or control.
Strong analytical and process-oriented skills; Problem-solving skill
Excellent communication skills (English and HSK5 certified Chinese required).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/R3) and planning software (e.g., addONE, SAP APO) is a plus.
MS Office tools, especially Excel; familiarity with data analytics software like PowerBI is a bonus.
