to verify payment requests and accounting documents.
Support
to take charge of data entry.
Assist
in doing bookkeeping.

in filing accounting documents.

in the weekly payment process.

REQUIREMENTS
Have a knowledge background in Finance/ Accounting
Good English in written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication and presentation skills minimal supervision aptitude for learning & utilizing systems
Self-motivated, and capable of driving changes and initiatives
Be able to work independently and as a team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Verify payment requests and accounting documents
Take charge of data entry
Account reconciliations (AR, AP, Assets, Salary, and relevancies)
Do book-keeping
Take charge of data maintenance and filing accounting documents
Process weekly payment run
Take charge of periodic tax reports (VAT, PIT, FCT) and CIT returns
Other ad-hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of experience in Accounting/Tax
Good English in written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication and presentation skills minimal supervision aptitude for learning & utilizing systems
Self-motivated, capable of driving changes and initiatives
Be able to work independently and as a team player
