Position Summary
Space T is a one-stop interior platform, offering content community/construction/e-commerce and making it easy, affordable, and fast for homeowners.
Space T is on a mission to innovate space (Home, etc.) with technology and there are a number of existing problems to be solved through technology in the interior industry. We're looking for a Marketing Intern as per the description below:

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Content & Creative Production
Research and analyze interior design trends, then leverage AI tools-or your own wit and creativity-to produce engaging content for design audiences and builders
Generate video content, photography, and visual assets using AI-powered tools and traditional creative methods
Monitor cultural trends across entertainment, memes, sports, and lifestyle spaces that resonate with our target demographic
Create clear, accurate, and platform-optimized content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
2. Campaign Execution
Support day-to-day management of search, social, and display advertising campaigns under the mentorship of our Marketing team
Assist in performance tracking and optimization of paid media initiative
REQUIREMENTS
1. Essential Skills
Proficiency with marketing software and major social media platforms
Hands-on experience with current AI tools and platforms, especially image and video creation AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kling, Nano Banana, Perplexity, kimi, etc.)
Basic video editing and design capabilities (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects
2.Qualifications
3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
Strong aesthetic sense with keen eye for visual composition and layout
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude; brings positive energy and optimism to the team
Prior content writing or article development experience is highly preferred
3. Bonus Points
Previous experience in digital marketing or content creation roles
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms
Growth mindset with resilience and adaptability in an AI-driven landscape

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales Support & Administration
- Assist in preparing and processing sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and other administrative records in the CRM or company system.
- Track and monitor the status of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery/completion, and communicating any delays to the sales team and customers.
- Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and sales reports.
2. Customer Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine customer inquiries regarding interior projects, orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, accounting department, and operations/logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in compiling and summarizing sales data for weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure sales administrative processes follow company policies and procedures.
4. Other Tasks
Support other departments when needed (Sales, QS, Interior Design, Project Management, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Prior internship or part-time experience in sales support or administration is a plus.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
