Job Purpose:
Sparx* is looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Role and Responsibilities:
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars...);
Initiate or join in initiatives for talent attraction as well as employer branding;
Make weekly reports, monthly reports per requested
Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality.
Perform other HR duties as needed including special project as assigned
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the full recruitment process;
Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment
Good networking skills;
Strong communication and presentation, both in speaking and writing;
Strong planning and organization skill;
Positive mindset, and good problem-solving skill;
Good adaptation to changes, open mind, willingness to listen to and learn new things;
Good sense of responsibility, service mindset , result-orientation;
Stress tolerance;
Carefulness and accuracy
Strong English and good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
