JOB DESCRIPTION
- Activation:
• Plan and execute store openings, events, and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful activation campaigns.
• Analyze the effectiveness of activation efforts and provide performance reports.
- Communication:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with
customers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and pitches to secure PR opportunities.
• Manage relationships with media contacts and influencers to maximize brand exposure.
- Content Creation:
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including social
media, email newsletters, blogs, and websites.
• Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that align with
brand guidelines.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
- Channel Management:
• Oversee the management and performance of all marketing channels, including social media
accounts, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Monitor analytics and metrics to optimize channel performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Brand Image Control:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, including in-store
branding, signage, and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide feedback for
improvements.
- Partnerships:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations to
enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit and successful
collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
