COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Lab is a company of 150+ people and house of The Lab Creative and The Lab Concepts. We operate as one big family. The Lab Creative is one of the fastest growing creative and design studios in Ho Chi Minh City. In 5 years, we grew from 3 to 30+ team members. We work at the intersection of branding, interior architecture, communication, and interactive media. (We also own hospitality businesses with around 100 staff.) The Lab Concepts is a hospitality company that creates, owns, and operates a collection of thoughtful food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. Each is inspired by a surprising idea and simple focus on genuine connections between staff, customers, and partners. We own Blank, a Lounge located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and Bakes, a patisserie by the Turtle Lake.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting team to input data into the system with guidance and request
- Supporting team to check quotes and draft a Vendor Evaluation Form to select the best vendor for the required products or services
- Supporting team to process payment procedures
- Support other paperwork and tasks assigned by Procurement team
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to learn procurement, supportive and good communicator
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic
- Good at English (Conversation)
- Good at Microsoft Excel
- Working time: minimum 20 hours per week
- Duration: 3-6 months
