JOB DESCRIPTION
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and sales to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the F&B industry.
Good English skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
