JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage
all aspects of financial and accounting functions, including Accounts
Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Accounting (GA), forecasting,
and budgeting.
Implement
and maintain a strong internal control system to ensure reliable financial
reporting and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company
policies.
Oversee
day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Collaborate
with departments to conduct and review annual budgets and monthly cash flow
projections.
Prepare
and review accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reports as
required by the CEO and internal schedules.
Prepare
and review tax declarations; liaise with Tax Authorities to resolve tax-related
issues.
Manage
cash flow and conduct rolling forecasts to support financial planning.
Ensure
full compliance with the Vietnamese Accounting System (VAS) and current tax
regulations.
Perform
other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance & Accounting or the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
At
least 03 years of experience as a
general accountantKnowledge
about accounting standards and tax regulations.
Willing

Follow
up on the receivable, issue the VAT invoice
Create
a weekly payment plan according to the Company's regulations and budget.
Follow
up on the payable, advance to review the payment request, and clear the
advance.
Follow
up the process of payment strictly as per company policy and internal control.
Make
sure all expenses are recorded in a timely and accurate.
Control
of cash out under the budget of the project.
Reconcile
AP, reconcile monthly bank statements, and close monthly accounts and P&L
Analysis Report.
Contacts
with banks on issues related to business transactions.
Update
accounting records in the daily transactions to the system.
Prepare
the monthly financial statement under Vietnamese Accounting Standards
Prepare
and declare the monthly VAT, FCT, and CIT Report. All reports must be sent to
supervisors and the government on time.
In
charge of working with the Tax officer when required.
Do
other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
At
least 01 year of experience as an accountant
Strong
communication and problem-solving skills.
