JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal Admin Intern is expected to support the team by carrying out the following tasks:
· Assist executives in the preparation of Tenders & Contracts (modification, signing, and registration)
· Prepare all documents related to the contracts.
· Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
· Compile, revise, monitor, and report legal documents and legal processes.
· Do legal research and analysis.
· Perform computing tasks including writing, copying, printing, and scanning documents.
· Carry out administrative tasks: Organizing documents, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, answering phones, buying office equipment and supplies, and preparing internal and external schedules.
· Make receipt forms and deliver documents to the right receiver.
· Compose, and update budget and expenses.
· Assist executives in payment due date and notice clients make payment.
REQUIREMENTS
· Senior students or fresh graduate students who major in related fields (Legal, law, etc.) or have working experience in related positions.
· High proficiency in English and Vietnamese (reading, listening, writing, and speaking) is required. Fluent in French is a plus.
· Eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic start-up environment.
· A perfectionist with a detail-oriented personality and analytical thinking.
· Have organizational skills.
· Good time management skills to solve different tasks by deadlines.
· Have interests in design, art, culture, innovation, and sustainability.
