Role Description
Main Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
● Support the team in managing Facebook and Instagram channels, including content planning, writing captions, and scheduling posts.
● Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to build an active community.
2. KOL/Influencer Coordination
● Assist in researching and shortlisting suitable KOLs/influencers for brand collaborations.
● Help review content scripts and coordinate necessary documentation.
● Support product seeding tasks including packaging, shipping, tracking, and handling returns.
3. Branding & Campaign Support
● Research market trends and competitors to identify insights that support branding strategy.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose fresh ideas to strengthen brand visibility.
● Provide hands-on support in event preparation, logistics, and on-site setup.
● Assist in monitoring elevator advertisements (if have)
Qualifications
1. Preferably candidates majoring in Marketing, PR, or with relevant experience in related activities
2. Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram) and their tools
3. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in office skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, email management.
5. Passionate about branding, consumer behavior, and market trends.
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English
Location: Phu Nhuan District, HCMC.
Working time: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
