JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Intern to support the Customer Department at Timo. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Organizing and Scheduling:
Plan and organize internal meetings, discussions, and events as required.
Monitor and update schedules to ensure smooth execution of activities.
2. Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best customer experience.
Effectively communicate information between departments.
3. Basic Data Management:
Collect, compile, and analyze basic data to support the department's campaigns and strategies.
Report campaign progress and outcomes.
4. Administrative Tasks: Assist in handling administrative paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
REQUIREMENTS
Good at organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Be able to communicate by English (both written and spoken).
Advanced skills in PowerPoint (professional slide design) and Excel (data processing and reporting).
Good at presentation skills and the ability to confidently deliver ideas.
Familiarity with basic data tools is an advantage.
High sense of responsibility and openness to responding to messages/tasks outside regular working hours.
