Location: Pulse Office
Working time: 3 days/week
Job Description:
 Create and produce content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and FB groups.
 Ensure content aligns with the event's messaging and engages the target audience.
 Respond to messages and comments on social media platforms, ensuring quick and
effective communication.
 Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
 Share and distribute event content across groups, forums, and social media
platforms to increase event visibility.
 Plan and execute regular email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending
newsletters, event updates, and announcements.
 Track and report the performance of email campaigns.
Requirements:
 Experience in marketing, especially event marketing, social media marketing, or
email marketing is a plus.
 Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and
partners.
 Knowledge of social media management tools
 Ability to write and edit engaging content for social media platforms.
 Basic design and editing skills
 Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is an advantage.
