RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor all arising locations and advertising rental items & event organizations throughout LOTTE Mart system

Manage construction & data of advertising and event rental items in the short, medium and long term at Lotte Mart System
Draft and upload the contents of the signing of the location lease contract. Stored in hard and soft copies and monitored according to regulations issued
Implementing data updates on payment information to the GMD system daily/ weekly / monthly
Conducting revenue reports of the departments according to the schedule and plan set out (week, May)
Develop and propose items that can be rented out for advertisements and organize promotional events throughout LOTTE Mart system
Coordinate with relevant departments in planning and developing rental items and proposing content in the interface for the development of advertising & marketing items
Working with the Procurement Department to implement the lease and strictly implement the signed contract contents
Constantly updating the trend of rental items in the market
Summary of reports and other administrative work
Implementing administrative personnel issues, system documents, preparing furniture, and items in the department
Storing and arranging information on dispatches, papers, contracts, and related documents in the department
Keeping information that has been, is and is about to be processed in the data warehouse for the search.
Report on contracts and status of monthly/ quarter/year advertising leases
Monthly revenue report and reconciliation with related departments and revenue accounting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education level: College or higher
Majors: Business Administration, Marketing
Professional knowledge:
Have an understanding of the retail market
Read, analyze market assessment and analysis data and demand for development in the rental business and retail market
Necessary skills:
Flexible communication
Analytical and reporting thinking, critical thinking
Teamwork skills
Plan and organize detailed work
Handle the situation and constantly improve
Other special requests:
Master MS office (Excel, Powepoint...) Simple design editing software
Open-minded creativity
