About The Role
This internship is for someone who wants to see what agency life is actually like, and expose to the pace, pressure, and standards of the advertising industry.
You will be working in a fast-moving agency environment where details matter, timing is tight, direction can change often and standards are high. You will learn by doing the work, including the work that is basic, sudden, repetitive, creative or high-pressure - sometimes all in the same day. You will be expected to keep up, stay organised, communicate properly, and not fall apart when things get busy.
What You'll Do
Office Operation
Administrative paperwork and documentation
Researching, sourcing, and coordinating suppliers for office purchases
Supporting office facilities and maintenance follow-up
Handling reception-related support when needed
Assisting the Office Operations Manager / Operations Executive on assigned tasks
Company Event & Content Support
Assisting with logistics of internal events, company activities, school tours, competitions, and other programmes
Capturing content during events and activities
Supporting basic photo or video editing and writing captions for social channels
What You'll Need
Undergraduates or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
You enjoy working in operations or coordinating with people to keep things running smoothly
You are detail-oriented and comfortable handling paperwork and administrative tasks
You communicate clearly and are proactive in following up with others
You can quickly understand instructions and execute tasks without close supervision
You are flexible when priorities change and can manage multiple tasks effectively
You are reliable, responsive, and able to stay organised under pressure
