Role Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Reponsibilities
Collaborate to execute campaigns
Support the team in daily execution tasks in a variety of techniques from events, social, PR to media.
Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
Help in the creation and editing of content/visuals for campaigns
Coordinate with other departments, freelancers & 3rd party suppliers to deliver clients' requests
Process with paperwork/documents, reports as requested from line managers.
Help distribute clients' marketing plan & proposal
Keep track on the project along with line manager
Requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively.
Showing good attitude and accepting feedback from line manager
Can-do attitude and ready to solve any problems
Ready to overcome any challenge in work and personal life
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Fresh Graduates or 3rd year/4th year students are welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good English
Strong organisational skills
Critical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to harness requirements from clients into qualified input for the internal team
