Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Program Facilitation & Coordination
Research and consolidate internal knowledge related to product insights and business operations.
Collaborate with various teams to transform training goals into structured, effective learning programs.
Apply instructional design principles to craft engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (e.g., in-person, digital, e-learning).
Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering training sessions, ensuring alignment with development objectives and smooth execution.
2. Learning Engagement & Performance Enablement
Collect and analyze feedback and data from training activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design practical HR tools and learning resources (e.g., templates, guides, documentation) to support team efficiency.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and tools through impact assessments and data-driven insights.
Support the
HR Manager in executing performance management processes, including the development of toolkits, agendas, and communications that promote a high-performance culture.
3. General HR Support
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and internal events.
Assist with administrative tasks to support HR operations and enhance employee experience.
