Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist the
HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Key accountabilities
● Assist the HR Manager with various HR tasks and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee-related inquiries.
● Help maintain HR records and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
● Process payment requests and handle administrative documentation related to HR activities.
● Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
● Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates, ensuring smooth interview arrangements.
● Ensure timely submission of timesheet data to the payroll department for processing.
● Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications and documentation.
● Help with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
● A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
