HR Intern (Employer Branding focus)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a creative and energetic HR Intern to join our team, focusing on Employer Branding
(EB) activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about design, content creation, and
event hosting (MC), and want hands-on experience in building employer brand in a dynamic
environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design visual content for recruitment and Employer Branding (social posts, banners, internal
materials)
• Create and support content for social media and internal communications
• Support organizing internal events and Employer Branding activities
• Act as MC / event host for company events when needed
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to execute ideas and support related tasks
REQUIREMENTS
• 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, HR, Event
Management, or related fields
• Can work least 4 days/week (full-time preferred), minimum 3-6 months commitment
• Strong interest in Employer Branding / HR Marketing
• Solid skills in content creation and design tools, such as: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
(Premiere/After Effects is a plus)
• Confidence in public speaking / MC / event hosting (experience in clubs, universities, or events
is a strong advantage)
• Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense
• Proactive, responsible, and strong teamwork spirit
• Portfolio or sample works (design/content/event) is highly preferred
