JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and alignment
Continuously track project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
Communicate project updates, challenges, and results to stakeholders and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in project management or similar roles (motivated entry-level candidates with
strong skills are also welcome)
Strong organizational skills and reliable time management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of common project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban)
Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop, and
implement AI agents to automate business processes
Integrate AI agents into
internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
Develop conversational
agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and apply prompt engineering
techniques
Optimize performance,
accuracy, and reliability of AI agents
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams for requirements analysis and solution design
Monitor, troubleshoot,
and continuously improve agent workflows and decision logic
Ensure comprehensive
documentation of architecture, workflows, and implementations
Stay up to date with and
apply current trends, tools, and best practices in AI/ML
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related
field
1-3 years of experience
in software development, AI, or automation (motivated graduates with relevant
projects are also welcome)
Experience with
programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
Knowledge of LLMs, prompt
engineering, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
Basic understanding of
APIs, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving
and analytical skills
Ability to work both
independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and
documentation skills
Experience in developing
chatbots or automation solutions is a plus.
