I. Job/Project Description
* Import
- High understanding about customs regulations to consult customers on customs procedure, regulations or requirement relates to their import shipments
- Respond phone calls and emails from customers/internals; Preparing document for Custom Clearance Procedure
- Offer alternatives to customers and potentially turn information calls into sales leads or identify other additional value added services to customers when opportunities arise during the course of interaction.
- Satisfy customers request while ensuring the policy and compliance
- Co-ordinate with Operations team to handle at terminals with handling instruction. Solve issues with customers and customs.
* Specific job duty for this position will be discussed during the interview

II. Skills/Knowledge Required
- University or College degree in foreign trade, international trade, international economics, logistics or supply chains
- Have knowledge in Customs Law & Regulations, specially on government control items
- Knowledge of import / export, Ecus experience is a plus
- 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity. Experience from Brokerage agents is highly appreciated
- Good computer literacy
- Good speaking & writting communication and negotiation skill in Vietnamese & English
- Hard working, diligent & self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and urgency
- Teamwork attitude, problem solving skills and customer care attitude
