About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR &
Admin Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about HR operations and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Main tasks and activities
Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g. BIPO, HRMS).
Provide administrative support such as preparing documents, organising files, and coordinating internal communications.
Assist with leave tracking, training logistics, and other HR-related tasks.
Provide on-demand support to the Admin team as needed.
Reporting line
Direct Reporting to HRBP
Qualifications:
University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
French is a plus
