JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Content Planner, you will be responsible for generating innovative ideas, developing engaging scripts, and building comprehensive content strategies for our various communication campaigns, short videos, viral clips, mini-series, and social media channels. You will be the driving force behind our content efforts, ensuring that every piece resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for communication campaigns, short videos, viral clips, mini-series, and more.
Write detailed scripts for videos, including dialogue, scene descriptions, and action cues, ensuring they are engaging, insightful, and aligned with communication goals.
Develop periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) content strategies for social media channels, tailored to branding and sales objectives.
Collaborate with production teams (filming, editing, talent, account) to ensure content is produced in line with established guidelines and vision.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends across social media platforms and propose innovative ideas to capture audience attention.
Analyze content performance, provide insights, and contribute to content improvements at each stage of the campaign.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, content planning, or digital content creation.
Possess logical and strategic thinking skills, with a strong understanding of target audiences and user behavior on social media.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, compelling content.
Passion for creativity, staying ahead of trends, and adapting to various content styles (humorous, emotional, technical, dramatic, etc.).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, or who have worked in a media team, agency, or MCN (Multi-Channel Network).
