JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Data Preparation & Transformation (40%)
Process, cleanse, and structure raw data from E-commerce.
Automate data transformation workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Structure data into usable formats for analytical and operational purposes.
Update keywords of current model/product in the system
Document workflows, data definitions, and processing protocols for clarity and future reference.
2. Data Quality Management (50%)
Ensures the availability and reliability of data for analysis.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of data.
Implement protocols to validate the accuracy of datasets.
Automate data transformation processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
3. Collaboration with stakeholders (10%)
Point out the issue & collaborate with Technical team to solve it.
Work closely with data analysts, Technical team, and stakeholders to ensure seamless data delivery.
Support Research team to improvise in-time solution to clients, which is related to data sufficiency & accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
College or Bachelor degree in any majors, business & data related is plus
2. Knowledge
Understanding about FMCG, Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
Experience in Retail-Market Research is an advantage
3. Skill
Mastered Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
Logical Thinking - Have good logical skills and can deal with numbers
Communication - ability to communicate effectively both in written or verbally
Be organized and detailed oriented
4. Experience
Fresh or at least 01 year of data operation or relevant working experiences
5. Personality

High adaptability and proactive attitude

High sense of ownership and responsibilities
Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
