Offer real-time assistance and solutions to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately via chat.
Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement of chat support.
Seize sales opportunities through channels, contributing to business growth
General responsibilities of a(n) customer service department member:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide product information and assistance.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Stay informed about company products and policies.
General responsibilities of level C2:
Execute assigned tasks with a high level of proficiency and efficiency.
Contribute to team goals and projects based on prior experience.
Collaborate with team members and support junior associates.
Analyze data and provide valuable insights within the assigned role.
Seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and standards with a strong understanding.
Demonstrate a depth of knowledge and expertise in the role.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
