JOB DESCRIPTION
●
Reach
out to customers promoting and selling the event services.
●
Identify
and engage potential clients from marketing activities, develop and maintain
strong relationships, and ensure the successful planning and execution of
events.
● Develop
sales activities to achieve maximum sales of current and prospective customers
providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-customer
selling environment.
●
The
focus is on acquisition, penetration, and retention and achieves the set sales
target annually.
●
Promote
the desired work culture, values and the brand ethos.
●
Other
assignments by the Sales Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
●
Bachelor
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
●
University
students and freshers are welcome
●
Passion
for events and a customer-focused approach.
●
English
Level: Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken

● Design Creation:
Develop engaging
visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and
print materials, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product
teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that effectively communicate our
message.
● Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual aspects
of our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and
materials.
● Website & UI Design:
Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces and graphics
for our website and digital
products.
REQUIREMENTS
● Proficiency in design software
such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
● Strong sense of layout,
color, imagery, and visual storytelling.
● Knowledge of branding, communications, and UX/UI is a plus.
● Excellent verbal
and written communication skills in English
and Vietnamese.
● Ability to manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
