About the role
The Graphic Design Intern supports the Marketing & Communications Team in creating visual assets that strengthen FUV's brand presence across digital, print, and event touchpoints. This role assists with graphic production, visual content development, brand implementation, and event-related creative execution while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the Marketing Intern includes:
Support the design and production of marketing materials across digital and print channels, including social media graphics, web assets, presentations, posters, flyers, and promotional materials.
Assist in adapting and resizing creative assets for various platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Support event-related design production, including backdrops, signage, wayfinding materials, merchandise, and other visual collateral.
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team members to develop visual content that supports campaigns, events, and institutional initiatives.
Assist with image selection, photo editing, retouching, and preparation of artwork for print and digital production.
Support event coverage through photography.
Assist with basic video editing and motion content production for digital channels when needed. (nice to have)
Maintain and organize design files, templates, and visual asset libraries.
Ensure all creative outputs align with FUV's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Other duties:
Contributing to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the department; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.

Education:
o Final-year student, fresh graduate, or early-career candidate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Qualifications and Skills
o Portfolio demonstrates the ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual content.
o Good at Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
o Basic understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
o Familiarity with social media content formats and digital designs.
o Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
o Experience in motion graphics, photography, illustration, content creation, or event coverage.
o Interested in branding, storytelling, and marketing communications.
