JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze and develop product samples
Monitor and control sample quality at factories
Operate laboratory and pilot plant equipment
Conduct market research and analysis
Research new materials and processes for textile and garment products
Plan and implement product development activities
Manage laboratory equipment within the scope of work
Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Textile or Garment Technology
English proficiency sufficient for work communication
Experience from 6 months to 1 year in a similar position
Knowledge and experience in textiles: fibers, yarns, and fabrics
Proactive and eager to learn
Understanding of color and quality standards for knitted fabrics
Knowledge of textile materials and knitted fabrics
Familiarity with testing methods, standards, and quality evaluation

Communicate to head office, buyer, supplier & factory to solve all matter from development until shipment.
Controlling and solving all problem related to order progress.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Basic knowledge of textile from Yarn to Fabric
2 - 3 years of experience in Sales/Overseas trade
Good communication in English
Have excellent selling; negotiation and communication skills
Have time management and organization skills and can work under high-pressure

Execute production orders according to the issued production plans.
Monitor the production process to ensure quality, progress, and output targets are met.
Follow up, evaluate, and propose solutions for trial (sample/test) products.
Check and control material consumption throughout the production process.
Inspect and ensure proper labor allocation at each production stage in the workshop.
Review and arrange production orders according to the capacity and suitability of equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a related major: Spinning, Weaving, or Dyeing.
Ability to communicate in English.
Priority will be given to candidates with over 6 months of experience in a similar position.
Good communication and teamwork skills; creativity; ability to motivate others.

Process & Quality Control: Monitor compliance with technical processes and control quality directly on the production line.
Material Inspection: Inspect input material quality; monitor and evaluate Supplier performance and quality.
Documentation: Prepare inspection sheets and factory release notes (especially for bulk orders or products requiring standards higher than general regulations).
Reporting: Consolidate and report on defect trends or issues related to Suppliers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Search for new customers and develop new products for the Woven Fabric Sales team.
Introduce, promote, and sell woven fabric products to existing and potential customers to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments (Purchasing, Factory, Production Follow-up team) to handle daily tasks:
- Monitor production progress and delivery schedules
- Negotiate pricing
- Arrange shipping documents
- Follow up on payments and coordinate debt collection (if any)
- Resolve customer complaints and arising issues
Update orders into the ERP system for production processing.
Communicate and resolve issues arising during contract execution.
Report business performance to the Sales Manager.
Update and report market-related issues affecting the company's business operations, especially when regulations change.
Process payments in the P-ERP system for:
- Transportation services
- Inspection costs
- Other expenses as requested by the Sales Manager or Sales team
Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or the Sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from College/University with a major in Business Administration or related fields.
Age: Under 35 years old
