Job description

Employee Engagement:

Build up ideas and plans to organize internal engagement programs;
Assist in employee engagement projects and internal events.
Lead internal channel community efforts for employees;

Employer Branding:

Improve awareness and attraction for qualified applicants in large numbers;
Participate in recruitment activities and activities that impact the candidates, employees, communities' experience;

Job requirement

1 - 3 years+ experience in Employee engagement, employee branding or in the same fields; (experience in technology companies: On-demand, eCommerce, Fintech, Games is a plus);
Experience setting KPIs for measuring the success of social media strategies and reporting on success;
Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events;
Writing compelling copy and crafting messages for an internal audience;
Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders;
Project management and developing systems to improve efficiency;
Problem-solving skills: giving and receiving feedback;
Understanding and appraising the benefits of current digital communications and technology.
