Category Expertise: Knitwear and Light Woven
Develop seasonal collections for knit and light woven categories, aligned with U.S. market trends and buyer expectations.
Create and manage tech packs, ensuring accuracy in specifications, measurements, and construction details.
Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, and trims to propose innovative yet commercially viable designs.
Oversee sample development, reviewing fit, quality, and finishing to meet brand standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Minimum 2 years in corporate design roles.
Technical expertise in knitwear and light woven construction, including fabric behavior and finishing techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software for sketching and technical drawings.
Must be comfortable working directly with and reporting to a Fashion Design Director (Italian) in an English.
