JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and develop new customers for international freight services
(LCL/FCL).
Promote GMA's logistics solutions to
importers/exporters, traders, SMEs, and key accounts.
Consult and tailor logistics
solutions based on client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams
(Pricing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure service quality.
Prepare and follow up on quotations,
conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain regular communication with
clients and overseas agents.
Update sales activities and manage
pipelines via CRM.
Monitor market trends, customer
insights, and competitor movements.
(For senior level) Take initiative in
expanding major trade lanes, managing key accounts, and mentoring junior staff
if required.
REQUIREMENTS
1-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international
trade (depending on level).
Solid understanding of FCL, LCL, Incoterms, and import/export procedures.
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience
is a plus.
English communication skills required (spoken and written); other languages
such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean are a plus.
(Senior level preferred): Experience managing key clients or trade lanes;
strong deal-closing ability.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Organize, manage, and oversee all accounting
and financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with current laws
and in alignment with the characteristics of the logistics - forwarding
industry.
Develop, implement, and supervise
internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including
bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost control, revenue and profit management.
Review and verify the accuracy and
legitimacy of accounting documents, contracts, and transactions related to
logistics services, transportation, warehousing, import and export activities.
Analyze financial data periodically
(monthly, quarterly, annually) to support the Board of Directors in
decision-making: evaluating business performance, capital efficiency, cost
control, and proposing financial improvement solutions.
Plan and monitor budgets, cash
flows, tax reports, and tax finalization (CIT, VAT, etc.), ensuring all tax
obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Coordinate with internal departments
and external authorities such as Tax Department, Customs, Auditors, Department
of Planning and Investment... regarding inspections, audits, and financial
reporting.
Organize periodic asset inventory;
monitor the use of assets, tools, goods and assess usage efficiency.
Manage and train the accounting
team; assign tasks appropriately to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Act as a financial advisor to the
General Director on cost policy, cash flow management, and financial strategies
in the short, medium, and long term.
Ensure confidentiality of financial data, accounting
information, and internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Auditing, or Finance.
Possess a valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the position of Chief Accountant; candidates
with prior experience in Logistics -
Forwarding or companies involved in import/export activities are preferred.
In-depth understanding and solid
knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting
Standards (VAS); familiarity with International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage.
Strong ability to consolidate and
analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and evaluate business performance.
Proficiency in accounting software, especially MISA and FMS, is
preferred.
Good command of English in accounting and logistics
context: able to read and understand international shipping documents (e.g.,
Bill of Lading, invoice, packing list), and communicate with foreign partners
via email and basic conversation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook), especially Excel
for financial analysis and data processing.
Professional, honest,
detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
Strong system thinking, organizational skills, and ability
to lead and manage an accounting team effectively.
