JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with administrative tasks: data entry, managing and filing employee records.
- Post job vacancies on various media channels
- Design posters, and support to create content for internal announcements and events.
- Provide logistical support for training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other office tasks as assigned by the Manager/ HR Head
REQUIREMENTS
- Major in Hospitality, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and eager to learn.
- Available for a 3 to 6-month internship on a full-time basis.
