AP Accountant will be responsible for increase the efficiency in day to day transactions, to have a smooth cash flows, manage accounts and book keeping. This position welcomes applications from FRESH graduates who would like to purse career in a global working environment. * Working location: Long An head office & factory and HCM sales office. Duties Maintain a filing system for account payable records; Calculation and allocation of prepaid expenses, depreciation of all fixed assets items, end of Service and indemnities; Prepare journals for transactions relating to payable accounts; Investigate suppliers' documentation for processing and follow up on any discrepancies; Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing; Record and process payments of goods and services, salary to employees, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors; Check arithmetic accuracy of invoices and post on accounting system comply with chart of accounts; Quarterly filling of VAT returns to Tax authorities with all supporting documents; Maintain documentation accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices; Responsible for PIT finalization of employee; Quarterly attend stock count; Work on Adhoc reports, special projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications College degree or above majored in Accounting/ Auditing or related area. English skills at conversational level Minimum of 1+ years' experience of Accounts Payable experience.
