Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and ensure marketing relevance and competitiveness.
Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaign execution.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and campaign delivery quality.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate campaign implementation, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Measure the effectiveness of
trade marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
