[HCM] Ngân Hàng Hong Leong Bank Tuyển Dụng Trainee, Regulatory Compliance - Finance Full-time 2026

Responsibilities:
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
Support the line manager in preparing and submitting financial and regulatory reports to the State Bank of Vietnam.
Perform daily and monthly tracking of reporting requirements to ensure all reports are accurate, produced within prescribed timelines, and incur zero penalty charges from central bank regulators.
Assist in preparing compliance reports as required by Bank Negara Malaysia and submit them to the parent bank when assigned.
Accounting Operations & Reconciliation
Assist in booking General Ledgers for daily transactions based on internal requirements and requests from other departments.
Assist in nostro account reconciliation, inform the respective departments of any discrepancies, and ensure there are no errors or imbalances at the end of the month.
Carry out any other operational duties and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Final-year student or holds a University degree with a professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related banking field.
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively and support team members.
A proactive self-starter with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the financial sector.
